44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to improve city streets in Hobbs in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to construct improvements to the park and playground on Grimes street in Hobbs in Lea county.
