REQUESTED BY

FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 FOR THE

MESA VISTA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

five hundred fifty-one thousand dollars ($551,000) to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for the Mesa Vista school district in Rio Arriba county.
