FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO GREEN MEADOWS ESTATE ROADS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to make improvements to Green Meadows Estate roads in Dona Ana county.
