REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY AND NATURAL RESOURCE

CENTER FOR THE CLAUNCH-PINTO SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to acquire land, plan, design and construct a multipurpose community and natural resource center for the Claunch-Pinto soil and water conservation district serving Torrance, Lincoln, Socorro and Valencia counties.
