44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LIVESTOCK PAVILION AND COMMUNITY CENTERS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate and construct the livestock pavilion at the Lea county fairgrounds in Lea county; and

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to renovate the community centers located in Caprock, Maljamar, Monument and Knowles in Lea county.
