FOR WIDENING AND RECONSTRUCTING SOUTHERN BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000) for widening and reconstructing Southern boulevard in the city of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
