REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 50 IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000) to resurface Frost road in Santa Fe county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for paving improvements to county road 8 in Edgewood in Santa Fe county;

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to improve road 55A and construct a low-water crossing on county road 55A at the Cerrillos-Galisteo creek in Santa Fe county;

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) for improvements to Cerro del Alamo and portions of Sunrise and Sunset roads in Santa Fe county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair, improve and reconstruct county road 55 in Santa Fe county;

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to repave county road 54 in Santa Fe county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for paving improvements to Dinkle county road in Santa Fe county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements to county road 42 and the Los Angeles arroyo crossing in Santa Fe county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for an alignment study for road improvements to South Meadows road in Santa Fe county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for a safety railing along state highway 344 in Santa Fe county;

• to the interstate stream commission

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to repair the concrete dam in Cerrillos in Santa Fe county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct the community library in Edgewood in Santa Fe county;

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) to plan, design and construct the community center in Edgewood in Santa Fe county;

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and construct a detoxification facility in Santa Fe county; and

one hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($115,000) to plan, design, renovate and construct improvements to the Valle Vista community center in Santa Fe county; and

• to the department of environment

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for an exploratory well and water system improvements in Madrid in Santa Fe county.
