REQUESTED BY

FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE AND CHANGING THE AGENCY OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL COMMUNITY CENTER IN THE NEW KIMO NEIGHBORHOOD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the state department of public education pursuant to Subsection DD of Section 13 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for constructing phase one of an intergovernmental community center in the new Kimo neighborhood in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration to construct a new facility or purchase an existing facility for phase one of an intergovernmental community center in the new Kimo neighborhood in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
