44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million three hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($1,315,000) to construct a town hall building in the town of Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

• to the state department of public education

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a sidewalk to serve Mesilla elementary school in Dona Ana county.
