SCHOOLS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) to design, construct and equip exercise facilities and walking tracks at P.R. Leyva and Alta Vista middle schools in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
