FOR RECREATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety-nine thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($199,150) to plan, design and construct a schoolhouse trail with tennis lights, a sports complex, a park, a swimming pool, a fitness trail and a cemetery in Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
