FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the public school capital improvements fund

six million five hundred ninety-five thousand five hundred dollars ($6,595,500) for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Public School Capital Improvements Act; and

• to the public school capital outlay fund

eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000) to be allocated by the public school capital outlay council to carry out the provisions of the Public School Capital Outlay Act.
