HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 445

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to upgrade the heating system at the senior center in Guadalupe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to repair and purchase equipment for the road department in Guadalupe county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to upgrade the Guadalupe county hospital to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to repair and remodel the Guadalupe county courthouse facilities to comply with fire codes and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for technology upgrades and purchases at the courthouse in Guadalupe county.
