STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN WAGON MOUND IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to improve the emergency sewer line, water lines and wastewater facility in Wagon Mound in Mora county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to acquire rights of way and improve the road leading to the infiltration water gallery in Wagon Mound in Mora county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for closure of the landfill in Wagon Mound in Mora county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to roof and replace windows at city hall in Wagon Mound in Mora county; and

• to the office of the state engineer

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to finish water improvements at the springs in Wagon Mound in Mora county.
