FOR A ROAD SUBSTATION IN QUESTA IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) to plan, design and construct a road substation for the Questa division in Taos county.
