REQUESTED BY

FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE AND AGENCY OF A

SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A SENIOR CENTER IN CIMARRON IN

COLFAX COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection II of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 for planning, designing, constructing or equipping a community and senior citizen center in the village of Cimarron in Colfax county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to the state agency on aging to construct and equip a senior center in Cimarron.
