REQUESTED BY

FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION FOR SODDING THE FIELDS AT RUIDOSO MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN

LINCOLN COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the state department of public education

pursuant to Subsection CCCCC of Section 19 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for recreation complex lights

at Ruidoso municipal schools in Lincoln county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are

appropriated for sodding the outfield at Ruidoso municipal schools.
