FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO LOHMAN AVENUE IN LAS CRUCES IN

DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three million four hundred thousand dollars ($3,400,000) to complete improvements to Lohman avenue in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
