FOR THE WATER SYSTEM IN SAN MIGUEL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, construct and inspect the water system in San Miguel in Dona Ana county.
