FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000) for improvements to Lindsey elementary school in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to renovate the high school heating, air conditioning and ventilation system in Portales in Roosevelt county.
