REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A PHYSICAL THERAPY WING AT THE PUEBLO OF SANTO

DOMINGO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to construct a physical therapy wing at the community center at the pueblo of Santo Domingo in Sandoval county.
