FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO O'HARA ROAD IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to improve O'Hara road in Dona Ana county.
