REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL IN

ESPANOLA AND EL RITO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) for phase II water and sewer infrastructure improvements at northern New Mexico state school in El Rito in Rio Arriba county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase II site and drainage improvements at northern New Mexico state school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county;

one hundred fifty-two thousand dollars ($152,000) to upgrade the campus wiring network for northern New Mexico state school in Espanola in Rio Arriba county; and

three hundred thirty-five thousand three hundred sixty dollars ($335,360) to fund infrastructure for the extended learning network and distance learning programs at northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
