FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BARRANCO WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to upgrade the water system and install meters to the Barranco water system in Rio Arriba county.
