AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A SOLID WASTE CONTROL PROJECT AT THE PUEBLO OF SAN FELIPE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-nine thousand dollars ($189,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of funding a solid waste control program that will include a trash collection component at the pueblo of San Felipe in Sandoval county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
