MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE MANUFACTURED HOUSING DIVISION OF THE REGULATION AND LICENSING DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING FIELD INSPECTIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the manufactured housing division of the regulation and licensing department for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of conducting field inspections of manufactured homes. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
