Your WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 24, after "means" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 25, and on page 5, strike lines 1 and 2, and insert in lieu thereof "any part of a rural area not a tier two area;".

2. On page 5, line 3, after "means" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 4 through the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "any municipality within the rural area if the municipality's population according to the most recent federal decennial census is fifteen thousand or less;".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
