SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 123

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "CLASS A, B, AND C" and insert in lieu thereof "CERTAIN".

2. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "in a class A, B or C county with" and insert in lieu thereof "who is paid".

3. On page 1, line 18, after "more" insert ", and whose county commission has determined by ordinance that such managerial regulations are required,".
