HOUSE BILL 843, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 18, strike "and" and insert in lieu

thereof "or".

2. On page 3, line 16, after the word "his", insert "court

appointed guardian".

3. On page 3, line 17, after the word "guardian", strike

the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".
