HOUSE BILL 640, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 6, line 15, strike "appropriated", and insert in lieu thereof "is subject to appropriation by the legislature".

2. On page 7, line 7, strike "appropriated", and insert in lieu thereof "is subject to appropriation by the legislature".
