has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, line 16, strike "eight members, four" and insert in lieu thereof "sixteen members, eight".

2. On page 7, line 17, after "and" strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "eight".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
