AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ENHANCE FOUR-H PROGRAMS IN SAN MIGUEL AND MORA COUNTIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of enhancing four-H programs provided in San Miguel and Mora counties by the cooperative extension service by funding one full-time equivalent position. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
