has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 21, strike the word "knowingly" and insert in lieu thereof "intentionally".

2. On page 3, line 6, strike the word "knowingly" and insert in lieu thereof "intentionally".

3. On page 3, line 17, strike the word "knowingly" and insert in lieu thereof "intentionally".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
