Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 551

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, after "fund" insert "operating reserve".

2. On page 2, line 1, strike "on an indication" and insert in lieu thereof "upon the state receiving a written commitment" and on line 2, strike "a finalist" and insert in lieu thereof "one of three finalists".

3. On page 2, line 4, strike "revert to" and insert in lieu thereof "remain in" and on line 5, after "fund" insert "operating reserve".
