has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 24, after "license" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof:

"for a club with:

(1) one hundred fifty or fewer members, two hundred fifty dollars ($250); and

(2) more than one hundred fifty members, one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500)".
