HOUSE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 507

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 2, after "meets" insert "one of".

2. On page 3, line 15, strike "a highway contractor" and insert in lieu thereof:

"submitting a bid for any state or local highway, bridge, flood control or road improvement project".
