SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to HOUSE BILL 318, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Manny M. Aragon

1. On page 1, line 21, insert a closing bracket before the period and insert "eighty-two thousand dollars ($82,000)".

2. On page 1, lines 22 through 24, remove the brackets and line through "B. District attorneys who serve in a district that includes a class A county within the district shall receive an annual salary of".

3. On page 2, line 1, after the period insert a closing quotation mark.

4. On page 2, strike lines 2 through 4 in their entirety.
