On page 1, line 18, after "provide" insert "intensive therapeutic treatment, training, technical assistance and date surveillance".

On page 1, line 20, after the second occurrence of "children." insert "These at-risk children are referred by legal, law enforcement and social service agencies throughout the state.",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
