HOUSE BILL 290

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "excusal" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 23 in its entirety, strike line 24 through "terminates" and insert in lieu thereof ", neither the hearing officer assigned to the case nor the director shall hear the case. An alternate hearing officer shall be appointed".
