Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendments 2, 3 and 4.

2. On page 1, line 12, strike "NONSALARIED PUBLIC OFFICERS" and insert in lieu thereof "LEGISLATORS".

3. On page 1, line 25, strike "nonsalaried public officer" and insert in lieu thereof "legislator".

4. On page 2, line 3, strike "nonsalaried public officer" and insert in lieu thereof "legislator".

5. On page 2, line 16, after "salaried" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "public officers and legislators.",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
