Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 275

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22 after "official" strike the comma and strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 23 through 24 to the semicolon.

2. On page 3, line 21, strike "fourth degree felony" and insert in lieu thereof "misdemeanor".

3. On page 4, line 7, strike "third" and insert in lieu thereof "fourth".

4. On page 4, line 11, strike "second" and insert in lieu thereof "third".

5. On page 4, lines 12 through 15, strike Subsection M in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
