HOUSE BILL 264

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, after the period, insert "The institution receiving the appropriation in this bill shall submit a program evaluation to the legislative finance council and the commission of higher education by August 1, 2002, detailing the benefits of the state of New Mexico".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
