Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety and

insert in lieu thereof "liquor or drugs, may apply".

2. Strike item 2 on House Floor Amendment 1.

3. On page 3, line 2, after "1978" insert:

"or for the second or third time pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph (3) of Subsection C of Section 66-8-111 NMSA 1978".

4. On page 3, strike lines 21 and 22 in their entirety and

insert in lieu thereof "drugs may apply for and".
