HOUSE BILL 222

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "SERVICES FOR", strike line 12 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "SERVICES IN THE STATE'S ATTENDANT CARE".

2. On page 1, line 20, strike "not currently being served but".

3. On page 1, line 21, strike "disabled and elderly medicaid waiver" and insert in lieu thereof "attendant care".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
