AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE STATEWIDE POISON AND DRUG INFORMATION CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred sixty-one thousand five hundred dollars ($161,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 to support the operation of the statewide poison and drug information center operated through the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
