AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SCHOOL-COMMUNITY HEALTH CLINIC PILOT PROJECT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health to be expended in fiscal year 2000 for a school-community health clinic pilot project, to be located in Dona Ana county for the purpose of facilitating dissemination of health information and administering influenza and hepatitis B program immunizations. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
