HOUSE BILL 140

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike the semicolon and "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 6, strike Section 7 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

4. On page 6, line 11, strike "1999" and insert in lieu thereof "2000".
