has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "MINORITY ENGINEERING PROGRAM" and insert in lieu thereof "/COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES MINORITIES IN ENGINEERING, MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE PROGRAM".

2. On page 1, strike line 22 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "school of engineering/college of arts and sciences minorities in engineering, mathematics and science program, which".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
