1. On page 1, line 12, strike "FOUR" and insert in lieu thereof "FIVE".

2. On page 1, line 18, after "fund" insert "operating reserve".

3. On page 1, line 22, before "or" insert a comma and "renovating".

4. On page 2, line 15, strike "donation" and insert in lieu thereof "designation or reservation".

5. On page 2, line 23, before the period insert "operating reserve".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
