APPROPRIATION--PURPOSE.--One hundred fifty- | 0017| five thousand dollars ($155,000) is appropriated from the | 0018| general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for | 0019| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing | 0020| services for homeless Native Americans in the city of | 0021| Farmington in San Juan county. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0022| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert | 0023| to the general fund. | 0024| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0025| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. |
